After 2 years, he decided to go to work with his father, Wes and began his full time career specializing in transmissions. Wayne is deeply involved in the industry. Past director of Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA), founded and current vice president of the NE Chapter. Member of the Sonnax Tasc Force, the leading group of industry experts that develop part solutions used world wide. The list goes on. Wayne's past times are scuba diving, underwater photography & video, go kart racing, playing guitar & his grandson, Dylan!
